Guide prices

These are guide prices only. Your final price is confirmed on your written quote, usually after a free site survey. Prices marked "from" are starting prices. Domestic prices include VAT; business prices are shown ex VAT (+20% VAT).
Garden and outdoor (domestic, inc VAT)

• Garden maintenance / general tidy: £35 per person per hour (minimum £77.27). Cuttings are bagged on site.
• Hedge trimming and pruning: £35 per person per hour (minimum £77.27)
• Hedge removal (up to 2 m high): £36 per metre (minimum £144). Over 2 m by quote.
• Lawn mowing, one-off: small (up to 100 m²) £75, medium (100-250 m²) £75, large (250-500 m²) £84
• Lawn mowing, regular round (weekly or fortnightly, season of at least 8 cuts): small £24.60, medium £31.80, large £46.80 per cut
• Pressure washing patios and paving: £3 per m² (minimum £120)
• Gutter clearing (up to 2 storeys): £8.40 per metre (minimum £114). About £168 for a typical semi. Add-on with another job: £6 per metre (minimum £72).
• Solar panel cleaning: £7.20 per panel (minimum £72)
• Winter gritting visit (up to 50 kg salt): £78. Extra salt £18 per 25 kg bag.

Cleaning (domestic, inc VAT)

• Deep clean: £35 per cleaner per hour (minimum £77.27)
• End of tenancy: 1 bed from £234, 2 bed from £300, 3 bed £360. Oven clean add-on £54; carpet add-on £36 per room.
• After-builders clean, up to 3 bed / 2 bath: from £354
• Carpet cleaning: 1 room £72, 2 rooms £102, 3 rooms £132, stairs and landing £54, rug £42
• Upholstery: armchair £42, 2 seater £60, 3 seater £84, corner sofa £120, dining chair £18 (add-on)

Business and commercial (ex VAT)

• Office / commercial cleaning, one-off: £27.50 per hour (minimum £62.50). Regular contracts by quote.
• Communal area / stairwell clean: £75 per visit (up to 1.5 hours)
• Grounds maintenance package (up to 550 m², 2 visits a month): £230 per month
• Commercial carpets, mats and upholstery: £300 minimum per visit. Carpets £2.75 per m², entrance mats £15 each, nursery/school play mats £8 each, all counting towards the visit total.
• Hard floor scrub and buff: £3 per m² (minimum £100). Strip and seal: £9.50 per m² (minimum £150).
• Tarmac cleaning: £3 per m² (minimum £100). Tarmac repair: by quote, from £150.
• Graffiti removal: £25 per m² (minimum £95). Gum removal: £33 per hour (minimum £95).
• Commercial fridge clean (3-door): £85. Commercial sink deep clean: £20 (add-on).
• Kitchen canopy and filter clean: £500 per system
• Bollard installation (labour only): £120 each (minimum £150). Barrier installation £200 each.
